Refund Policy

Consultations (1:1, Online, Energetic Cleansing, Group): sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, forfeit the session fee. We do not offer refunds for completed sessions.

Retreats (Private & Group): a non-refundable deposit secures your spot. The remaining balance is refundable up to 60 days before the retreat start date, minus the deposit. Cancellations within 60 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable; you're welcome to transfer your spot to someone else instead. If we cancel a retreat, you'll receive a full refund.

Physical Products (body oils, skincare, ingestibles): unopened and unused physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus original shipping costs. Due to hygiene and safety, opened or used topicals and ingestibles are not eligible for return or refund unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Gift Cards: non-refundable and do not expire, except where required by law.

Digital & Online Content (recorded programs, classes, podcasts, downloadable content): digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted or content has been downloaded, streamed, or viewed. If you experience a technical issue accessing content you've purchased, contact us and we'll make it right.

Right of Withdrawal (Direito de Arrependimento): under Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, purchases made outside a physical establishment (including online) may be withdrawn from within 7 calendar days of the purchase date (or of receipt, for physical products), with no justification required and a full refund. This right applies in addition to, and takes priority over, the specific policies above during that 7-day window.

Digital Content and the Right of Withdrawal: for digital and online content specifically (recorded programs, classes, podcasts, downloadable content), by completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate access to the content. To the extent permitted by law, this consent limits your right of withdrawal once you have accessed, streamed, or downloaded the content. The right of withdrawal remains fully available for any digital content you have not yet accessed within the 7-day window.
