This Privacy Policy explains how Camilla Garcia ("we", "us"), as data controller (controlador), collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our site or book a service, in accordance with Brazil's LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018).

Legal Basis for Processing: we process your personal data based on the execution of a contract with you (bookings and purchases), your consent (marketing communications), and our legitimate interests. Sharing: we don't sell your data. We share only what's necessary with service providers like Shopify (payments, hosting) and, where relevant, retreat venue partners for logistics.

Health Information: any personal health details shared during consultations are kept confidential and used solely to inform your sessions.
