This Privacy Policy explains how Camilla Garcia ("we", "us"), as data controller (controlador), collects, uses and protects your information when you visit camillagarciahealing.com, sign up for our news or book a service, in accordance with Brazil's LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018).
Information we collect: your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, language preference and booking details; payment details, which are processed securely by our payment providers (full card numbers stay with them); and any health-related information you choose to share with us for your consultation.
How we use it: to process bookings, tickets and payments; to send confirmations, calendar invitations, access links and reminders; to send news about events, rituals, retreats and courses when you have opted in; to add you to our WhatsApp community group when you have given us your number for that; and to improve our services.
Legal basis: we process your data to fulfil our contract with you (bookings and purchases), based on your consent (news by email and WhatsApp, our WhatsApp group), and based on our legitimate interests. Health-related information is sensitive personal data under LGPD Article 11 and is processed only with your specific, informed consent, solely to provide your consultation or session.
Service providers: your data stays with us and with the providers below, used only for the purposes above:
- Shopify: online store, checkout, customer records and hosting
- Appmax: Pix and card payments
- Cowlendar: session scheduling
- Google: calendar invitations, Google Meet video calls and our Google Forms questionnaire
- Make: automations that connect these services
- Resend: delivery of our automatic emails
- WhatsApp (Meta): our community group and direct messages
- Retreat venue partners: logistics, when you book a retreat
Some of these providers store data outside Brazil, with the safeguards required by the LGPD.
Your choices: you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in each email or by writing to us, and you can leave our WhatsApp group at any time or ask us to remove your number.
Data retention: we keep booking and payment records for as long as Brazilian tax and consumer law requires, and newsletter and contact data until you withdraw your consent.
Health information: personal health details shared during consultations are kept confidential and used solely to inform your sessions.
Cookies: our site uses cookies for basic functionality and analytics.
Your rights (LGPD): you have the right to confirmation that we process your data, access to your data, correction of incomplete or outdated data, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, data portability, information about who we share your data with, and revocation of consent at any time.
