In the Guanacaste highlands, where dry forest meets the thermal Río Blanco canyon, Camilla leads a small-group retreat built around ancestral healing, ritual, and the water itself. Rio Perdido's private bungalows sit right along the canyon edge; below them, a volcano-heated river runs through a 1,500-acre reserve of monolithic rock and wildlife.

Six days move through the group's own rhythm: ritual and ceremony rooted in ancestral practice, Ayurvedic care that keeps the body steady while the deeper work unfolds, and a full day given over to water — the thermal river at Rio Perdido, and the waterfalls and hot springs of Sensoria, in the foothills of the volcano. The retreat closes with a half day of integration, ending around noon.

This is a group retreat — held for a small group, with everyone moving through the same ceremonies, practices, and rest, in the privacy of nature rather than in isolation from it.

Sensoria — Land of Senses

A day given over entirely to water, deep in the rainforest at the foot of Rincón de la Vieja volcano: thermal pools, waterfalls, and a canopy walk through the reserve.
