Retreats — Sensoria, Costa Rica

Inland from the coast, where Guanacaste's rainforest climbs toward the smoldering cone of the Rincón de la Vieja volcano, Camilla partners with Sensoria to lead a retreat built entirely around water and wild growth. Volcanic waterfalls spill into pools warmed from deep within the earth, morning mist rises off the canopy, and a private forest reserve, so untouched it still feels newly discovered, holds the whole experience in green.

Five days move through the reserve's own rhythm: guided trails to hidden waterfalls, long soaks in mineral-rich thermal pools, one-on-one consultations with Camilla, and a cacao ceremony held together with the local Maleku indigenous community, an ancestral ritual of gratitude passed down through generations and shared here exactly as it has always been.

This is a retreat for those drawn to immersion: real rainforest, real ceremony, and enough days inside both to let the land do some of the work itself.
