Bookings: all consultations, retreats, and gift cards are subject to our Refund Policy. By booking, you confirm the information you provide (including health information) is accurate.

Assumption of Risk: retreat participation involves travel and physical activity. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

Intellectual Property: all content on this site (text, images, methodology) belongs to Camilla Garcia and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability: to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Governing Law: these terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the consumer's domicile.
