Refund Policy

Personal sessions (consultations online and in person, healing treatments): sessions are paid in full at the time of booking. If a Pix payment is not completed within 30 minutes, the booking is released automatically and no charge is made.

Rescheduling: sessions can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment, using the button in your booking email. Each booking can be rescheduled up to two times.

Cancellations: to cancel, use the Cancel button in your booking email. The refund is issued automatically to your original payment method and depends on how far in advance you cancel:

• 7 days or more before the appointment: 75% refund.
• Between 24 hours and 7 days before: 25% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before, or if you do not attend: no refund.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method (Pix or card), usually within a few business days. If you have any difficulty cancelling, write to ayurvedacamilla@gmail.com.

Online sessions: a calendar invitation with the video link is sent once your payment is confirmed. Please join from a quiet space with a stable internet connection. If a technical issue on our side prevents the session from taking place, you may reschedule at no cost. Sessions end at their scheduled time; arriving late shortens the session rather than extending it.

Online events (such as Círculo da Lua Cheia): your ticket is paid in full at purchase, and your access link arrives by email as soon as payment is confirmed.

• Up to 7 days before the event: full refund on request.
• From 7 days before the event: your ticket stays valid, and you're welcome to pass your spot on to someone else. Just send us their name and email.
• If we move an event to a new date, your ticket carries over automatically. If the new date conflicts with your plans, cancel within 3 days of our date-change message and you'll receive a full refund.
• If we cancel an event, you'll receive a full refund.

Retreats (Private & Group): a non-refundable deposit secures your spot. The remaining balance is refundable up to 60 days before the retreat start date, minus the deposit. Cancellations within 60 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable; you're welcome to transfer your spot to someone else instead. If we cancel a retreat, you'll receive a full refund.

Physical Products (body oils, skincare, ingestibles): unopened and unused physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus original shipping costs. Due to hygiene and safety, opened or used topicals and ingestibles are not eligible for return or refund unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Gift Cards: non-refundable and do not expire, except where required by law.
