Booking, Payment & Cancellation

Consultations are paid in full at the time of booking. Your appointment is confirmed once payment is received.

Rescheduling and cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before its scheduled start time and receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, and missed appointments, are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Online consultations

A meeting link is sent by email once your booking is confirmed. Please join from a quiet space with a stable internet connection. If a technical issue prevents the session from taking place, you may reschedule at no cost.

Late arrival

Sessions end at their scheduled time. Arriving late shortens the session rather than extending it.
